Cancellation Policy
Pricing Based on Dog Size: We strive to provide transparent and fair pricing for all of our grooming services. The cost of grooming depends on various factors, including your pet’s size, coat type, and the grooming services required. Dog size plays a significant role in determining the price of grooming due to the time, products, and expertise required. The final price will be determined at check-in. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we ask that you follow our cancellation and rescheduling policy. 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another pet in need of grooming and helps avoid unnecessary disruptions to our schedule. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may incur a late cancellation fee. This fee will typically be 25% of the total grooming service. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the total grooming service will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement for prepayment or may impact your ability to book future appointments. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us directly, sending an email, or using our online booking system. We appreciate early communication to help us manage our schedule efficiently.
